Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their visit
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes, standards, and guest preferences
• Check identification and follow all applicable age verification and alcohol service policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, including tools, glassware, and service areas
• Take orders accurately and communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Process payments and handle cash, credit card, or POS transactions accurately
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests in a courteous manner
• Follow sanitation, safety, and responsible service guidelines at all times
• Support team operations by assisting with setup, side work, and closing duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred, but not always required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation, bar equipment, and service standards
• Comfortable handling transactions and balancing accuracy with speed
• Dependable, professional, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices and relevant local regulations
